Most new homes arrive empty. Filling one usually means months of showroom visits, back-ordered sofas and pieces that almost fit. We take the whole list off your hands, from the floor plan to the final placement.
That includes furniture, lighting, flooring, plumbing fixtures and window treatments, all specified together so every room feels like it belongs to the same house.

Sourcing to your vision
Bring a vision board, reference photos or the exact pieces you want. We match every item, confirm dimensions and finishes, and put it all on one spec sheet you sign off on.
Furniture, custom or catalog
Sofas, beds, dining, media seating and built-ins. Choose from our catalog and adjust the size, fabric and finish, or have a piece made from your sketch or reference photo.
Lighting, flooring & fixtures
Chandeliers and pendants, flooring, bathtubs and faucets, curtains and blinds, and décor, sourced together so every room arrives finished on the same plan.
Delivery to your door
Shipping, customs and delivery are handled for you. Installation by our vetted local crews is available as an add-on.
Factory-direct
Made to order, without the markup chain.
We work directly with the manufacturer that builds our pieces. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be sold. Your order goes into production once you approve the exact dimensions, fabric and finish, and the price skips the rounds of resale that a showroom piece carries.

Where do you work?
Anywhere in the U.S. We work over calls, shared photos and plans, and we handle shipping and delivery to your address. Installation by vetted local crews is available as an add-on.
What does a project cost?
Every project is priced individually once we know the property and what you want in it. You get one itemized quote for the whole project before anything is ordered, and it holds for 21 days.
We take on complete projects: entire homes and full commercial spaces.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the pieces and how much of the order is custom. Production and shipping timelines are written into your quote, and you get photo updates while your order is being made.
Can I change dimensions, fabrics or finishes?
Yes. Catalog designs can be resized and refinished, and fully custom pieces can start from your sketch or a reference photo. You approve the final specs before production begins.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit places your order with the factory. The balance is due before your order ships.
Is there a warranty?
Every piece we supply carries a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
